We do not use public phone support, ticket bots, or automated chat systems. Every email is read and handled by the operational team. Response time is typically within 24 hours; complex technical cases may require up to 72 hours.
Refund Policy
Granny_Kate includes a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on lifetime license purchases. If Granny_Kate does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of payment.
To request a refund:
- Email support@xord.io from the email address used for purchase.
- Use subject line: Refund Request - Granny_Kate.
- Include your payment method: Stripe or PayPal.
- Include the approximate transaction date and purchase email.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
No interrogation, no retention tactics, no “exit survey.” We honor the guarantee without friction.
Download & Demo Help
The Granny_Kate demo is a fully functional Windows application. The fake-threat demo page is only a harmless trigger page used to show how Granny_Kate reacts to scam-like behavior in real time.
Demo app: Download and run the Granny_Kate Windows demo.
Fake-threat page: Open the demo page after Granny_Kate is running to see live reactions.
Important: The fake-threat page is not the app. The Windows app is the demo.
If the download does not start, try a different browser or right-click the download link and choose Save link as.... If the file appears incomplete, delete it and download it again.
Safety Assurance
Granny_Kate is built to warn users about scam-like behavior. The demo is designed to be transparent and user-controlled.
No Installation: Double-click to run. Nothing installs, no registry entries are created, and no files are added to startup.
No Silent Actions: The demo performs no operations without your explicit click. Detection logic is advisory-only.
Local Only: No network calls, no data exfiltration, no telemetry.
Billing & Payments
Stripe: Card transactions may appear as XORD SYSTEMS LLC on your statement.
PayPal: If you paid through PayPal, you may contact us directly at support@xord.io. Direct support is usually faster than opening a PayPal dispute.
Duplicate charge: Email support with the purchase email, approximate time of transaction, and payment method. We will review and correct verified duplicate billing.
License & Access
A Granny_Kate lifetime license covers the Granny_Kate Windows protection app for one Windows PC unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If you lose access to your download or license confirmation, email support@xord.io from the purchase email and include the approximate transaction date.
Technical Support
Supported system: Granny_Kate is built for Windows PCs.
Demo does not open: Confirm that the download completed, then double-click the file again. If Windows asks for permission to run the app, approve the prompt only if the file came from the official Granny_Kate/XORD download link.
Fake-threat page does not trigger anything: Make sure the Granny_Kate app is already running before opening the fake-threat page.
Unexpected warning or behavior: Take a screenshot, note what you clicked, and email support with your Windows version and browser.
Privacy & Data
For privacy questions, data requests, or account/payment record inquiries, email support@xord.io with subject line: Granny_Kate Data Request.
We process privacy requests according to the Granny_Kate Privacy Policy.
Security Reports
If you believe you found a security issue, false positive, false negative, unsafe behavior, or vulnerability related to Granny_Kate, email: support@xord.io.
Do not send malware samples, stolen credentials, private victim data, or sensitive financial information by email. If a report requires sensitive evidence, contact us first and we will provide instructions.
