Granny_Kate™ is built for people protecting vulnerable family members from fraud. We treat that context as sensitive. The app is designed around local detection, minimal data exposure, and no surveillance of the people it is meant to protect.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to Granny_Kate™, a Windows scam-protection application and related website operated by XORD Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.

This Policy covers the Granny_Kate website, demo download, fake-threat demo page, payment flow, support process, and related customer communications.

2. Core Privacy Position

Granny_Kate is not spyware.

Granny_Kate is not designed to monitor private conversations, collect family data, harvest browsing history, upload documents, sell behavioral profiles, or track seniors for advertising.

Granny_Kate exists to detect scam-like behavior on a Windows machine and give the user a clear warning and user-controlled response. The product is designed to protect people from criminals, not to create another surveillance layer around them.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the website, process purchases, deliver the app, respond to support requests, and maintain the product.

Purchase Information: When you buy Granny_Kate, payment is handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. We may receive purchase confirmation data such as your purchase email, payment status, transaction ID, amount, date, and payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number, bank account number, or PayPal password.
Support Information: If you email support, we collect the information you choose to send, such as your email address, issue description, screenshots, Windows version, browser, payment reference, or download problem details.
Download and Website Information: Our server may process standard web logs, such as IP address, request time, browser type, referring page, and requested file. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and basic operational reliability.

Granny_Kate is not built to secretly watch seniors, family members, caretakers, or household users. It is built to detect fraud patterns and surface warnings.

5. Local Detection

Granny_Kate is designed around local Windows detection. Its purpose is to detect scam-like conditions such as fake support popups, remote-access tools, suspicious links, dangerous downloads, clipboard tricks, startup persistence, and suspicious scheduled tasks.

Detection logic is intended to run on the user’s machine. The demo is advisory-only and user-controlled. The app does not need to upload private files, private conversations, or family data to perform the scam-pattern demonstration described on the Granny_Kate site.

6. How We Use Information

We use information only for operational and customer-support purposes:

To process purchases and confirm payment.
To deliver download access and license information.
To provide support and troubleshoot technical issues.

We may retain support correspondence for customer service history, refund verification, fraud prevention, product improvement, and legal recordkeeping.

9. Cookies and Analytics

The Granny_Kate site may use only cookies or local browser storage needed for basic site operation, security, checkout flow, or user experience.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or behavioral ad profiling for Granny_Kate.

If analytics are used, they should be limited to operational understanding of site performance, traffic, and errors. Analytics must not be used to build profiles of seniors, victims, caretakers, or family members.

10. Third-Party Services

Granny_Kate may rely on limited third-party services for payment processing, video embedding, hosting, email delivery, and basic website operation.

YouTube: embedded demo video playback, if displayed on the website.
Email provider: support communications.
Hosting/CDN providers: website and download delivery.

Granny_Kate should be used to protect vulnerable users from fraud, not to invade their dignity, autonomy, or private life.

15. Children’s Privacy

Granny_Kate is not directed to children under 13 and is not designed to collect information from children. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without proper consent, we will take steps to delete it.

16. International Users

Granny_Kate is operated from the United States. If you access the website or purchase the product from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or by service providers located in other jurisdictions.
